Conference Room
Keith Lilek Keith After working for a major player in the collections industry for nearly 14 years, President and Founder Keith Lilek couldn't keep his entrepreneurial instincts under wraps. In 1997, as President of LCS Financial Services Inc., he introduced a totally new methodology for collecting past due invoices.

Keith has solved A/R problems for hundreds of clients and delivered hundreds of seminars on cash management, covering the skills needed to successfully reduce collection costs and increase cash recoveries. Keith continues today to teach clients how to properly manage the accounts receivable cycle.

Through Keith's experience, A/R Allegiance was therefore able to combine extensive experience in these two crucial areas: A/R management and technology - to develop COLLECTPlus™; the latest version is now the centerpiece of A/R Allegiance where Keith and his team specialize in private-pay billing and collections in the durable medical equipment industry. Keith created that business category and continues to be the dominant market share leader.

Keith is very active in his church and family life. He enjoys travelling and playing golf while watching his two younger daughters play various sports and attending piano recitals.

President
Bruce Gehring Bruce Bruce has over 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience with extensive executive leadership roles with leading International Hospitality Companies and North American Finance Organizations. He has diverse management experience with a proven record for identifying new market opportunities and the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies to achieve the organizations objectives. Bruce is well known for his ability to develop top performing sales teams.

He is responsible for developing strategic business partnerships with top software providers and service organizations in the healthcare industry, specific to the DME and HME industries, medical offices, hospitals and pharmacies. Bruce coordinates the sales and marketing strategy with our partners and manages the execution of the sales activity, offering our services as the recommended business solution for billing and account receivable management to our partner software provider system users and service organization members.

Bruce is an active member of his local parish, the Church of the Nativity in Leawood, Kansas, has served on the school council, serves as Eucharistic minister, sacristan and is an adult leader with Boy Scout troop 396. He currently serves as the Immediate Past Board Chairman for Santa Marta Retirement Community (The first Catholic sponsored Continuum Care Community in the Midwest).

Bruce enjoys time with his wife and four children. When not at work Bruce is an enthusiast for cooking, music, wine, and just about any sport – if only he could play more golf!
Vice President Business Development
Aanchal Kapoor Aanchal Aanchal Kapoor has been managing the IT Operations for AR Allegiance Group for two and a half years. She obtained her MBA in Systems Management with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

Throughout her career, she has been an integral part of a variety of programming products and solutions. She has managed and executed the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, including the phases of requirements gathering, analysis, estimation and planning, team setup/staffing, implementation, reviews, user acceptance testing, deployment and production support.

Aanchal also has prior experience in the Financial Services sector, working on projects for a major energy services trading Company. She has a good understanding of Trade and Risk Management concepts, including capital markets, equities, credit derivatives, swaps, etc. Dealing with many data and business analysis throughout her experience has made her an asset for A/R Allegiance's success.

Her strengths include efficient team management, estimation, scope management, functional requirements gathering and technical design, driving quick issue resolution, leadership and her ability to adapt to new technologies easily.

She likes to travel with her husband all around the world when she finds time away from the office.
Director of IT
Jeff Kohnz Jeff Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from DeVry University in his home town of Kansas City, MO. He has been in the Software Development / Engineering field since 2008. Previously, Jeff held positions in the automotive industry for 14 years. He brings several skills to A/R Allegiance, including experience in application programming, web and graphic design, and database systems.

With the addition of the COLLECTPlus™ HelpDesk, Jeff has taken on the management role of this department. He has provided excellent customer service and quick response times for any account or system related questions asked by our clients.

When not running the day-to-day IT operations, Jeff is very active in his church and family life, and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Jeff is also a visual artist, specializing in acrylics and mix-medium art, who often does live exhibitions in his church. When time permists, he also works on music and writing.
Software Engineer & HelpDesk Manager
Client Services Team Client Services team Diane Quinn started her career teaching Junior High Mathematics in St. Louis, MO. She has held positions as a Computer Trainer and Technology Coordinator. Diane has also trained adults in Microsoft Office applications, as well as desktop publishing and client management software.

Anne Orrick spent nearly 15 years at two major financial services firms in Kansas City. She's had many roles, including customer and account services, payroll, communications and marketing, and product development. She has a marketing undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and an MBA from Rockhurst College.

Lorry Nelson Lorry Lorry brings nearly twenty five years experience in the medical & pharmaceutical industries to A/R Allegiance. Following graduation from Avila College, he started his career with a division of American Hospital Supply in a sales role. Four years later he founded and built a national medical/pharmaceutical supply company. Seven years following inception, UltraCare was pursued by the industry leader, resulting in a successful divestiture of the company. Lorry continued with the new firm for five years in expanded roles and subsequently held positions with three additional medical firms in various capacities, including Chief Operating Officer, Co-Owner/Vice President, and VP Business Development.

After raising a daughter and two sons, and spending the last fifteen years coaching, attending ballgames/performances, and volunteering, Lorry's youngest has just entered college. He is now embarking on a new chapter of his life. Having spent his career in entrepreneurial roles in the medical industry, he understands the challenges faced by business owners & management, and looks forward to using his experience and empathy to help them improve their cash flow and increase their profitability.
Sales Manager
Dick Brumbaugh Dick Dick brings diverse talents to the financial area at A/R Allegiance. His background includes multiple industry segments. In his over 30 years of financial experience, he has worked in the telecommunications, utility, agricultural, consulting, and non profit business segments. His expertise also includes a variety of financial sectors. These have included general accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, budget analysis, long-term capital markets, short-term money markets, corporate valuation, forecasting, debt management, and business case analysis. His prior positions have ranged from financial analyst to chief financial officer and consultant.

Dick has a BSB, an MBA, and is also certified in cash management.

Outside of work, Dick enjoys live theater, gardening, touring, and spending time with his wife.
Billing Manager
Terri Lilek Terri Teresa (Terri) Heath-Lilek is the driving force behind our ability to go Beyond Collections. Terri's career spans two decades, during which time she has consistently gone beyond the expectations of clients by delivering the highest level of client support, and has gone beyond all other expectations by winning top sales honors and solving client A/R problems. For Terri, it's about relationships, and developing and maintaining those with clients to last a lifetime.

Terri began her career with a Fortune 500 company as an executive assistant, working closely with executive management to assist with their day-to-day needs in an environment requiring true multi-tasking skills. From there, Terri joined the sales force and quickly grew into a highly effective sales professional.

When you work with A/R Allegiance, you become a part of the A/R Allegiance family. And this could not be more important to Terri, who constantly strives to treat clients the way she treats her own family members' with trust, respect, and mutual understanding that makes for outstanding relationships.
Client Relations
Susie Elbrader Susie Susie graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She earned a Marketing and Secondary Education Degree, with her passion being in marketing. She started out working for two rheumatologists in the Kansas City area in the medical billing/marketing departments. From there, she moved to Wisconsin and pursued an underwriting career for Sentry Insurance.

After the first of her five children was born, she made her place in the home raising her children. During this time, Susie started a children's clothing business, Classic Toggles, that became very successful and is still up and running today. After she moved back to her home in Kansas City, she began a custom jewelry business with a very dear friend, which also grew into a successful business. After being blessed with many years at home raising her children, Susie has reentered the workforce, embracing her new roles in the Marketing Department with A/R Allegiance.
