This new payment option resides on a website that features branding so that visitors know they are doing business with you, secured with standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, and an intuitive, easy-to-use format so that people can pay your bill as easily as they can any others online. The best news is that CollectPayLIVE™ is fully integrated with your current patient management system.
How Our Online Payments Module Works
The customer first visits your company website printed on every correspondence we send out on your accounts. Once there, the customer will click on a “Pay Invoices Here” button that will open to another window where they will be asked to enter the account number and invoice number to login. After logging in the customer will verify billing information and will then be presented with the amount due on the invoice. Unlike other online payment portals, CollectPayLIVE™ will already be populated with the customers information so no additional typing will be required other than entering their credit card information for payment. The customer can make either a partial or full payment on the invoice. After successful completion of the transaction, the customer will be emailed or mailed a receipt for their records which is compliant with HIPAA and HSA requirements.
