After 20 years of selling flat fee based collection systems and experiencing intimate relationships with all kinds of businesses, Keith Lilek, our founder, determined there was much potential for a new kind of company. He then created a company focused on SPECIFIC kinds of receivables programs aimed at private-pay collections and requiring little client cash outlay yet high returns. He felt, knowing the competition, that the timing is right.

Our mission at A/R Allegiance is to bring about a change in performance in the billing and collection field. Through field testing of the COLLECTPlus concept, we have now proven that the Service Bureau concept can collect more money, faster, and for less cost. These achievements synergistically combine the right critical components including billing, the impact of an attorney and collection agency, and the impairment of credit. Even more impressive is the fact that all this is provided for a cost of, literally, pennies on the dollar.

Our foundational product, COLLECTPlus, brings to bear everything that can legally be done to collect a client's money, and in fact we provide greater impact than any billing or collection agency can by itself. A billing company will focus on lowering costs in the hopes of increasing collections. An agency employs scare tactics and the vast majority do not report to the credit bureau or utilize attorneys. To our knowledge, we are the only company that provides all those components that motivate and compel people to pay their current and past due accounts. Since our fees are dramatically lower, we therefore get the accounts at an appropriate age, which also means dramatically greater collections for our clients. A fee charged to the debtors often offsets our service fees.

For our associates, we believe that if your life's priorities are in line, then your success in business will follow. Life priorities include belief in God; family; and then work. We believe that a person's character matters. A person's character reflects on the company as a whole. We do not believe in anything that comes between an employee and their family. Late hours away from home are not necessary if you work more efficiently during the day. We find these values compatible with placing our customers first. We believe strongly that we need to take care of our current customers' needs before we bring on new customers. Ours is a business where relationships matter in the long run and the short run.
