Teresa
(Terri) Heath-Lilek is the driving force behind our ability to go Beyond
Collections. Terri’s career spans two decades, during which time
she has consistently gone beyond the expectations of clients by delivering
the highest level of client support, and has gone beyond all other expectations
by winning top sales honors and solving client A/R problems. For Terri,
it’s about relationships, and developing and maintaining those
with clients to last a lifetime.
Terri began her career with a Fortune
500 company as an executive assistant, working closely with executive
management to assist with their day-to-day needs in an environment
requiring true multi-tasking skills. From
there, Terri joined the sales force and quickly grew into a highly
effective sales professional.
